At Mouze, all our products are made-to-order and customized specially for each customer. Once an order has been successfully placed and confirmation details are sent to the customer, it immediately enters our production process. Therefore, we do not accept order cancellations under any circumstances.

Partial COD Orders

For orders placed under Partial Cash on Delivery (COD), if the shipment is refused at the time of delivery, the advance payment will not be refunded. As our products are made-to-order, the only available option is to convert the order into a prepaid order by paying the remaining balance, after which the order will be reshipped.

Customer Responsibility

We request all customers to carefully review their cart, selected product, device model (if applicable), design, and shipping details before placing the order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to Mouze’s Cancellation Policy.
