At Mouze, every product is made-to-order with precision and care. We offer two delivery options to suit your needs:

• Standard Delivery

  💰 Cost: Free of charge
  🚚 Delivery: Straight to your doorstep
• Express Delivery
  ⏱ Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 working days after dispatch
  💰 Cost: ₹60 additional charge

💳 Do you offer COD or Partial COD?

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) and Partial COD are not available at Mouze. As all our products are custom-made, we only process prepaid orders to ensure smooth, efficient, and secure delivery.

❓ What if my order doesn’t get delivered?

Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts. If your order is still undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, it will be returned to us.

• Since products are made-to-order, we do not process refunds in such cases.
• Customers will need to cover the re-shipping cost for the order to be dispatched again.

🌍 Shipping & Order Policy During Natural Calamities

In case of natural calamities, severe weather, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events beyond our control, delivery timelines may be affected.

• Order cancellations, refunds, or replacements will not be applicable due to delays caused by such circumstances.
• We will work closely with our courier partners to get your product delivered at the earliest possible time.
