This website is owned and operated by Mouze. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and relevant provisions of Indian law. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Products & Pricing
Mouze offers customized and made-to-order products, including phone cases, apparel, and accessories. We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to digital displays and customization processes.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Orders already placed and confirmed will not be affected by such changes.
Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you warrant that the details provided (name, address, contact number, email, etc.) are accurate and complete. We accept payments via authorized third-party gateways. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, partial advance payments may be required.
Mouze reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of incomplete payment, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched through third-party logistics providers. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather, natural calamities, political disturbances, or operational constraints. Mouze shall not be held liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Our Refund Policy forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. Since most of our products are made-to-order, returns are accepted only under specific conditions such as wrong product delivered, manufacturing defects, or damage during transit. Customers must raise a request within the specified return window.
Cancellations
Domestic and international orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will not be entertained.
For COD orders with partial advance, if the customer refuses delivery, the advance payment will be forfeited.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to misuse the website for unlawful activities, transmission of harmful content, or infringement of intellectual property rights. Creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or attempting fraudulent transactions will result in immediate suspension.
Intellectual Property
All designs, trademarks, logos, product images, and website content are the exclusive property of Mouze. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may attract legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trademark Act, 1999.
Limitation of Liability
Mouze’s liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product usage, website access, or third-party service interruptions.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of disputes, the matter shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India.
Amendments
Mouze reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay updated.
